Youth Reentry Training and Technical Assistance Center (YRTTAC)

The American Institutes for Research (AIR) will continue its operation and refinement of the Youth Reentry Training and Technical Assistance Center (YRTTAC) by offering training and technical assistance comparable to the activities provided in Year 1 and additional programming using the Year 2 supplemental funding. YRTTAC builds the capacity of Youth Reentry grantees to implement reentry programming focusing on the strengths, needs, and voices of youth and families. The center accomplishes this goal through three activities: (a) providing training and technical assistance, (b) incorporating youth lived experience by supporting and mentoring Youth Justice Fellows (Fellows), and (c) expanding youth reentry resources maintained by the National Reentry Resource Center.
