The Division of Child and Family Services operates three juvenile correctional facilities and is considered the “deep end” of Nevada’s Juvenile Justice System. Division of Child and Family Services currently has a statewide Prison Rape Elimination Act Coordinator and an identified Prison Rape Elimination Act Compliance Manager at each facility. This request for funds will be allocated to incidents involving youth and staff and Prison Rape Elimination Act investigations.
