Virgin Islands Juvenile Justice Program

The Virgin Islands will offer community programs that will enrich the lives of the territory’s youth. The primary goals of the FY23 Title II Formula Grants Program are to bring the territory into full compliance with the four-core requirements; to educate and provide technical assistance to all secure and non-secure facilities territory-wide; and to provide community-driven prevention and early intervention program that will strengthen the protective factors and focus on delinquency risk factors.
