Reentry services for youth involved in the criminal justice system.

ACTION, Inc. will implement the Achieving Career Excellence Program for a 36-county region in north and central Georgia in partnership with the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ). Enrollment will  begin prior to release.  Services will be provided post-release services and continue for a minimum of 12 months after each participant fully achieves their reentry goals. Post-releases services will focus on employment coaching and mentored support for all youth. Following release, services include career coaching, mentored support, case management services, and other reentry support services.  For youth still in high school, services will focus on education coaching and mentored support.
