CSSO Second Chance Los Angeles

Through partnerships, the Community Support Services Organization will provide wraparound, trauma-informed services to 120 youth ages 15–24 and their families. The program includes 90 days of pre-release services and 30 days of post-release support. The program components include youth development workshops, case management and wraparound services, individual service plans, and community resource development. The project will engage youths' families, when possible, to build protective factors and to strengthen the support system surrounding youth participants.
