The main purpose of the proposed project is to create a new Supervised Child Visitation and Exchange program in Philadelphia County that will provide free services to Philadelphia's most vulnerable families. The main goal of this proposed project is to have a safe and trauma-informed program in Philadelphia for children and families experiencing complex safety needs.
