FY22 Delaware ICAC Task Force Program

The Delaware Department of Justice will continue to enhance the state’s ability to prevent, identify, investigate, and prosecute predators that prey on children. The primary goal of the Task Force will be to expand the quantity and quality of detection, investigation, apprehension, and prosecution of electronic technology-facilitated crimes against children. The Task Force will continue to enhance the aggressive investigation and follow-up of all tips and referrals, proactive peer-to-peer investigations, and participation in nationally coordinated investigations. Progress will be measured through monthly and semi-annual reports as required by the Office of Justice Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP).
