The Sharp County Family Centered Treatment Court seeks to improve family outcomes and increase reunification by increasing early intervention, accountability, and access to timely services for families in dependency neglect cases impacted by substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Funding will support a Family Treatment Court Coordinator; a full-time Qualified Mental Health Professional to provide substance use disorder and co-occurring disorder treatment services to the court-involved families; emergency housing services; training for Family Treatment Court staff; and a research partnership for grant reporting, needs assessment, program evaluation, and sustainability planning.
