Lancaster County, NE Family Treatment Drug Court

The County of Lincoln Family Treatment Court's mission is to reunite children with their families in a safe and healthy environment. The enhancement of this program has three main goals: (1) Provide substance-abusing parents with support, treatment, and access to services to protect children; (2) Increase the rate of re-unification for children, where appropriate; and (3) expedite permanency for children in the program. Through federal grant funding, the current family treatment court will be enhanced and expanded to further achieve its goals of providing services and support to parents, increasing reunification rates, and expediting permanency for children.
