Walking in Strength

The National Indian Youth Leadership Development Project, Inc., will use funding to develop coordinated prevention and intervention strategies for youth and their families who have been impacted by opioids and other substances. The project proposes to use the Walking in Strength model for use in Indigenous communities to prevent and intervene in opioid use disorder (OUD) and substance use disorder (SUD) among Indigenous youth and their families.
