Alameda County Probation Department's We Rise Expansion

The Alameda County Probation Department (ACPD), in close collaboration with community-based service provider partner EBAYC, will expand and enhance the Alameda County We RISE program (We RISE). The We Rise program aims to provide intensive wrap-around support and life coaching to gang-involved and other high-risk vulnerable youth returning to the community after a period of incarceration, and their families.
