The CLC, Inc. Second Chance Act (SCA) Youth Offender Reentry Project (YORP) will partner with the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to demonstrate a model program for successfully supporting 75 youth offenders who are members of the TJJD Residential Population in their transition from incarceration back into the community.
