The Dannon Project will offer its Evidence Informed Reentry Program, ACER, to support efforts to reduce recidivism and improve outcomes for youth returning to their communities following confinement.

The Dannon Project (TDP) will serve 150 confined youth over three years to assess 100% of participating youth pre-release using a criminogenic risk assessment tool to develop pre- and post-release reentry plans and to provide them with case management services to connect them with community services.
