UTEC, Inc. will focus on gun violence prevention and peacemaking efforts while also creating a bridge from incarceration into the community. This continuum will be built on counseling, education, life skills, and workforce development activities. UTEC will focus on activities that enhance violence reduction efforts in the community while also supporting offender reentry for emerging adults ages 17-25.
