Family Recovery Court

Jefferson County Family Recovery Court is a court-based implementation to assist parents’ families who are involved with the child welfare system due to substance use disorder in partnership with the Department of Community Based Services, Seven County Services, and the Administrative Offices of the Courts.  The Family Recovery Court model offers three phases of treatment: substance use treatment; parenting education; and family therapy, individual therapy, and life skills training.
