The Vermont Judiciary will establish the Chittenden County Family Treatment Docket (FTD). Judiciary leaders believe the proposed FTD will help address the unique treatment and case management needs of the families involved in these cases. The Judiciary expects the FTD to serve as model which future family treatment court planning can build, with an eye toward the establishment of regional family treatment dockets.
