We’re Just Going to Talk: Presenting Your Case in Opening Statement and Closing Argument (Prosecutors Only)

Prosecutors will learn the art of developing effective themes and theories to present to jurors in cases of child abuse. Particular emphasis will be placed on cases in which the outcome largely relies on the assessment of the child’s credibility versus the credibility of the accused.
