This webinar will provide you with foundational information on bullying and recommendations on how to support young people who are the victims of bullying or engaging in bullying. We will also discuss research on bullying and the power in creating group norms that limit bullying. We will look at these factors in the context of the many stress factors youth and programs are facing in 2022, with the understanding that mentoring programs have the unique ability to create safe spaces that encourage youth self expression, social emotional growth, and identity creation. Join us for input, advice, and insight from program directors and researchers.
