SHIFT Wellness Psycho Educational Program

This workshop is for individuals who are exposed to traumatic material and situations during the course of their work. They may have experienced vicarious trauma and may have had to interact with offenders. The course is taught by a law enforcement officer and a mental health professional, who has experience working with those in law enforcement to provide a multidisciplinary approach to mental health and wellness.

The workshop will provide participants the opportunity to learn about the causes and symptoms of vicarious trauma and effective mitigation strategies and tools to help build resilience.
