This webinar series will address secondary trauma and traumatic stress in order to help law enforcement, prosecutors, and other investigative personnel identify, reduce, and address the traumatic impact of their work in combating child sexual exploitation.

The webinar series will detail how and why stress and trauma manifest, what signs and symptoms we should be looking out for as well as how to mitigate the effects by using everyday tools, techniques and coping strategies.

The first webinar in the series will focus on secondary trauma and traumatic stress, the effect it has on professionals and the different factors that can compound the response to trauma.

The series will then dedicate a webinar to each of the five categories of signs and symptoms of stress (Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Behavioral, and World View), focusing further on specialized resiliency tools and coping strategies to help professionals combat traumatic stress, and develop personalized tools to help alleviate the effects of trauma.
