Pathways to Higher Education: Building Opportunities for Youth Impacted by the Juvenile Justice System

The Youth Law Center will discuss justice-involved youth as students, misconceptions about higher education access and financial aid, and higher education programming for justice-involved youth, particularly those in juvenile facilities. Additionally, they will provide information about their network of 45 California community colleges that offer programs for youth impacted by the juvenile justice system.
