Members of the Federal Coordinating Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention will convene to discuss how mentoring youth can positively impact children’s lives while minimizing the effects of bullying.
 
The meeting will feature mentors and their youth mentees from the Boys & Girls Club of Annapolis and Greater Anne Arundel County and the Long Star Big Brothers and Big Sisters Program.
