Keeping the Faith: Spirituality and Mental Wellness

Event Dates
All times are Eastern Time unless noted otherwise.

Regardless of our religious beliefs, faith should be one of the building blocks to ensure a strong mental health foundation. As criminal justice professionals, we need to understand what faith means to each of us and how it plays a part of our daily lives. Understanding faith's role will help us grow spiritually, see others in a different light and recognize a higher purpose for our lives and those we encounter on a daily basis. In doing so, we are strengthening our resiliency and improving our mental health.
