This training is an intensive, advanced training program designed to equip investigators, child protective services workers and prosecutors with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively investigate and prosecute child serious injury and homicide cases.
The training covers Preserving the Scene, Documenting Corroborating Evidence, Understanding the Medical Evidence, Successful Suspect Statement Through Empathy-Based Interrogation, the Multidisciplinary Team Approach, and more.
Attending the course will help law enforcement officers and child protective services' investigators work together throughout the entire investigation.
