With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support a National Community and Schools Youth Drug Prevention Program for the purpose of delivering substance use prevention programs in schools in partnership with local law enforcement and community coalitions.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to select organization(s) to carry out key activities designed to ensure abused and neglected children involved in dependency court proceedings have access to a court appointed special advocate (CASA).

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to assist states in planning, establishing, operating, coordinating, and evaluating projects directly or through grants and contracts with public and private agencies for the development of more effective education, training, research, prevention, diversion, treatment, and rehabilitation programs to improve their juvenile justice system.

The program will provide training and technical assistance to prosecutors to improve their handling and prosecution of cases involving children and youth who report victimization while in out of home or custodial care.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support state, local, and Tribal juvenile justice residential facilities, and the agencies that oversee them, with the recruitment and retention of staff to assist in complying with the staffing ratio requirements outlined in the national Prison Rape Elimination Act standards.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks applications for funding to assist jurisdictions in planning and assessing promising and evidence-based prevention and intervention services that will inform the development of a community-based continuum of care for youth at risk of becoming or already involved in the juvenile justice system.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to build on its history and leadership in addressing youth violence prevention by providing the field and practitioners with comprehensive resources and training materials through the OJJDP National Youth Violence Prevention Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Program.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to develop and promote post-secondary and professional continuing education for child protection professionals in the field, including law enforcement officers, social workers, mental and medical health professionals, and prosecutors.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support nonprofit organizations and local public agencies in the following nonparticipating states: Texas and Wyoming, for the purposes of carrying out activities of the kinds described in the core requirements under the Act (34 U.S.C. § 11133(11), (12), (13), and (15).

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to provide funding for the development and implementation of comprehensive and culturally relevant training and technical assistance designed to support Tribal efforts to create, enhance, and/or sustain programs, services, and supports for youth in Tribal communities.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to provide funding to communities to develop coordinated and comprehensive community-based approaches to help children and their families who are exposed to violence build resilience, restore their safety, heal their social and emotional wounds, and prevent future violence and delinquency.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to fund mentoring organizations to enhance and expand mentoring services for children and youth who are at risk or high risk for delinquency, victimization, and juvenile justice system involvement.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to fund a training and technical assistance provider to build capability and capacity of diversion programs serving justice-involved youth under the age of 18 with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder needs.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to provide support to children's advocacy centers (CACs) through a variety of subgrant assistance designed to enhance effective interventions in child abuse cases.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks applications for funding to support cross-system collaboration to improve responses and outcomes for youth under the age of 18 or youth under the jurisdiction of the juvenile justice system with mental health disorders or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders who come in contact with the juvenile justice system.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support the development and dissemination of translational tools and resources – current knowledge about what works packaged in accessible, comprehensible, actionable form for use by everyday youth serving (nonresearcher) practitioners, and lay persons to effect and sustain positive change – on key topics spanning the juvenile justice continuum in order to improve the juvenile justice system and prevent juvenile delinquency.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to provide funding to communities to develop intervention and supervision services for youth with problematic or illegal sexual behavior, and to provide treatment services for their victims and families/caregivers.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to fund a national membership and accreditation organization to support training and technical assistance and implementation of national standards for children’s advocacy centers (CACs), which provide a coordinated response to victims of child abuse.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to improve the judicial system’s handling of child abuse and neglect cases by providing funding to support training and technical assistance (TTA) for judicial personnel and attorneys, particularly personnel and practitioners in juvenile and family courts, and by pursuing administrative reform in juvenile and family courts.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support services for mentoring organizations that specifically work with the children of incarcerated parents (COIP) population. This program supports the implementation and delivery of mentoring services for COIP.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support targeted efforts to address youth violence through implementing evidence-based prevention and intervention efforts in a school-based setting (K–12th grade only). The goals of the program are to (1) reduce the incidence of school violence through improved school safety and climate and (2) prevent youth violence, delinquency, and victimization in the targeted community.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to implement and deliver mentoring services to youth populations that are involved in the juvenile justice system (including those youth currently placed within a juvenile correctional facility or those who have recently been released from a juvenile facility).

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support communities to assist girls age 17 and younger who are at risk of involvement and/or involved in the juvenile justice system. Funding will support communities to develop, enhance, or expand early intervention programs and/or treatment services for girls involved in the juvenile justice system.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support states to implement innovative and/or research-based, data-informed policies to improve youth justice system outcomes and implement sustainable strategies for reinvesting resulting costs saved or averted into effective youth justice prevention and intervention programs.

With this solicitation, OJJDP seeks to support projects designated for funding in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 (Public Law No. 118–42) to improve the functioning of the criminal justice system, to prevent or combat juvenile delinquency, and to assist victims of crime (other than compensation).
