Resources for Information on Underage Drinking

Listed below are the points of contact for some key agencies and programs in each of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, and territories. State Alcohol/Substance Abuse Agencies set prevention and treatment priorities and administer State and Federal funds, particularly those from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Substance Abuse Prevention. The National Association of Governors' Highway Safety Representatives provide leadership in the development of national policy to ensure effective highway safety programs. Through its Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws Program, OJJDP has awarded grants to help States create effective solutions to the underage drinking problem.
