Colleges and universities

This program will support the efforts of states, communities, Tribal jurisdictions, nonprofit organizations, for-profit organizations and institutions of higher education to implement programs and strategies that identify, respond to, treat, and support children, youth, and families impacted by the opioid epidemic.

This initiative is composed of three categories and eligibility are different for each category. Category 1: Training and Technical Assistance. This initiative is composed of three categories listed below. Eligible applicants are limited to nonprofit organizations having a 501(c)(3) exemption with the Internal Revenue Service; for-profit organizations, including Tribal nonprofit and for-profit organizations; and institutions of higher education, including Tribal institutions of higher education.
