The OJJDP FY 2016 Title II Formula Grants Program will support state and local efforts to plan, establish, operate, coordinate, and evaluate policies and projects, directly or through grants and contracts with public and private agencies, for the development of more effective education, training, research, prevention, diversion, treatment, and rehabilitation programs and reform efforts in the area of delinquency prevention and juvenile justice system improvement.
OJJDP FY 19 Victims of Child Abuse Regional Children's Advocacy Centers Program
The FY 2019 Victims of Child Abuse (VOCA) Regional Children's Advocacy Centers (RCAC) Program will support four regional children's advocacy centers, one situated within each of the four U.S. census regions, to: (1) develop multidisciplinary teams, local programs, and state chapter organizations that respond to child abuse and neglect investigation, treatment, intervention, and prosecution; and (2) deliver training and technical assistance that strengthen existing multidisciplinary teams, programs, and state chapter organizations.
OJJDP FY 18 Gang Suppression: A Law Enforcement and Prosecutorial Approach to Address Gang Recruitment of Unaccompanied Alien Children
The primary purposes of the OJJDP FY18 Gang and Youth Prevention Partnerships project are the reduction of violent youth crime, gun and gang violence and victimization in communities and to increase public safety in coordination with law enforcement and local partners. Through comprehensive strategic planning, communities develop and implement specific plans to reduce community violence by taking collective action.

OJJDP FY 2018 Gang Suppression Planning Grants Program is part of the Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) Suite of programs, which is focused on reducing violent crime. The PSN Suite comprises PSN, Strategies for Policing Innovation, Innovative Prosecution Solutions, Crime Gun Intelligence Centers, National Public Safety Partnerships, Technology Innovation for Public Safety, Encouraging Innovation: Field Initiated Programs; Innovations in Community-Based Crime Reduction, and Community Based Violence Prevention Demonstration.

Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 5633(d), if a state fails to submit a plan or submits a plan that does not meet the requirements of the JJDP Act, the OJJDP Administrator shall endeavor to make the Formula Grants program fund allocation available to local public or private nonprofit agencies within the state. OJJDP FY 18 Internet Crimes Against Children: Strengthening Investigative Tools and Technology for Combating Child Exploitation
This program will increase technological investigative capacity and associated training to ICAC task forces and affiliated federal, state, and local law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies. This solicitation will particularly focus on supporting the development, refinement, and advancement of widely used investigative tools, methods and technologies that address child pornography, exploitation and sex trafficking.
OJJDP FY 18 Addressing Training Needs for Juvenile Prosecutors
This program will support funding to state prosecutors officesâ that are responsible for administering training to state prosecutors, such as State Prosecutor Coordinating Offices, to address training gaps and needs for juvenile prosecutors. Funding can be used to identify, develop and/or supplement state-wide training resources and tools for juvenile prosecutors and their support staff. The goal of this program is to strengthen the skills and knowledge base for juvenile prosecutors in order to enhance public safety and improve outcomes for youth.
OJJDP FY 18 Evaluation of Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Training
The purpose of this project is to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and cost benefits of government-funded internet crimes against children (ICAC) training to assist state and local law enforcement agencies develop effective responses to technology-facilitated child sexual exploitation and internet crimes against children.
OJJDP FY 18 Drug Treatment Courts Program
This program will provide funding to support states, units of local governments, and Tribes to support juvenile drug treatment courts and family drug courts. Category 1 will provide funding to juvenile drug treatment courts to implement enhancements based on the Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Guidelines.
OJJDP FY 18 Supporting Tribal Youth: Training, Technical Assistance and Youth Leadership
This multi-category solicitation will provide regional and national training to build youth leaders across Indian Country, and provide training and technical assistance to OJJDP Tribal grantees and federally recognized Tribes. The specific category titles are: Tribal Youth Leadership Development Initiative, and Tribal Youth Training and Technical Assistance program.
OJJDP FY 18 State System Enhancements for Youth Offenders
This program will support states and localities in developing and implementing strategies to ensure that youth involved with the juvenile justice system have fair and equal access to quality legal representation; ensure that offenders involved with the juvenile justice system have resources that address the collateral consequences of justice system involvement; and/or provide training for the juvenile indigent defense bar, including public defenders and court-appointed counsel working on behalf of juvenile indigent defendants.
